Beautiful Heart Favors!

   Is there any more effective way to express your love than to get married with a ceremony in the same month as Valentine’s Day? It seemed like a great idea me, so I opted to have my wedding day decorated with the emblem of love all over our wedding ceremony and reception. The first thing I bought was a gorgeous bridal tiara that I picked out over the Internet. The save the date cards I selected were just one of many supplies that I needed to buy for the wedding theme. The invitations I sent out were little cards with two little silver hearts on the front. The only thing I really had to do was write in the information, like the place and the date, and the rest was already filled out in beautiful calligraphy when we got them.
   But that was only the beginning, after I mailed out the invitations I had to start planning the décor and ordering the supplies I would need. I bought large scarlet bows made of velvet to put on the church pews with a ribbon that would run from one pew to the next. At the altar were candelabras and our beautiful unity candle with the heart of little roses on the front. On the scene at the wedding, we put many pink and red roses mixed together, in the floral bouquet that I carried. We had doves let out of cages as my groom and I departed from the church building, and it was one extra touch that I thought was just majestic.
   The wedding apparel that would be worn by those who were going to be in the wedding had already been selected. I picked out a white satin basket that had bows and lace decorating it for our flower girl. There was a white double hearts wedding themed pillow with a pair of gold hearts on it that we got for our ring boy to use, along with a white ribbon made of satin for the rings. My flower girl was going to wear a small tiara, and it was very similar in appearance to the one I had picked out for myself. She wore a pretty pink dress, made for a flower girl, and she did such a wonderful job as a flower girl and looked so brilliant that I thought she did look like royalty. The ring boy was just as cute in his small tuxedo and red boutonniere, and he did his task just as well. When he walked, he didn’t get out of sync with everyone else, and he bore the rings in distinguished fashion. I was very glad that I chose to include both of them.
   The centerpieces we had made up for the reception dinner had tiny hearts intermixed with roses that were white, pink, and red. I got a place card holder that was the prettiest I had ever seen for each place setting, and two hearts wedding candles that made it feel like love was in the air. I ordered beautiful little silver bells with a heart shaped handle that make a very lovely keepsake from our wedding day for each of our guests. Every layer of our wedding cake was adorned with small red and pink roses, and the bottom section had tiny hearts running all the way around it. There was a porcelain wedding cake topper, colored white, that fit in with our hearts wedding cake and the rest of our cake adornments beautifully.
   Everything was perfect for our wonderful hearts wedding ceremony and reception. With all the fantastic heart wedding supplies and accessories I found online, we were able to afford the kind of ceremony and reception I always wanted. All the accessories were exceptional, including the beautiful heart favors we found for all of our guests. They weren’t only gorgeous, but made super keepsakes of our wedding day.

Special heart wedding

The couple picked out a heart wedding for their choice of décor, and what they did with it was spectacular. Everything that had anything to do with the wedding had a heart design, the invites and gifts and everything. The heart weddings were really exquisite with two silver hearts printed on the front with all the necessary information on where, who and when printed inside. It was a handsome way to design an invitation. Even their unity candle for the ceremony had two little hearts hanging in front, and there were gorgeous candle holders for the unity candle and the tapered candles as well. The flowers and candles added an exquisite touch to the altar. They even had hearts hung on the end of each pew with the tulle draping from row to row. I guess when you get married on Valentine’s Day, hearts are really a big deal. It was an incredible wedding, highlighted by a bride that was so lovely, she could have been an angel.
At the reception there were hearts and flowers everywhere you looked. The silver hearts wedding theme carried over to the place cards holders at the reception tables, and they complimented the red and white rose centerpieces beautifully. The table settings glittered with glasses for wine and champagne. She did an awesome job of designing the place settings at the reception. The champagne flutes were long stemmed crystal and the wine glasses were personalized with the names of the bride and groom and the date of their wedding. On the table that the wedding party sat at, the new couple had very special champagne glasses. They were double hearts wedding flutes, with the two silver hearts linked together, just like on the hearts wedding invitation they sent me.
They had a five-layer hearts wedding cake that was really yummy. It looked as good as it tasted. The cake topper she chose, believe it or not, wasn’t a heart, but, figurines that looked exactly like the bride and groom. The wedding cake topper was special, the only one of that type I’ve ever been exposed to. She picked it out on the web; in fact, it was the same site she purchased her other supplies and things for the wedding from. They apparently do customizing on wedding toppers, and all she had to do was send in photos of her and her fiance and they made the special cake topper couple. Something like this has to be a really super wedding keepsake.
In the end, we gave a special silver hearts wedding to all of the guests. We got coffee in a bride or groom styled package, along with a heart shaped coffee scooper, and then we also got very pretty votive candle holders. A very original idea for them to think of, I felt. Really, there was no shortage of awesome thoughts for the wedding. The whole hearts genre matched Valentine’s Day, but I was still surprised at how many supplies and wedding items she found to fit that theme. I still can’t get over how cool that cake topper was. It would be great if they did that for birthdays and other ocassions too. She told me they have supplies and decorations for many events, and promised to show me where she shopped. They couldn’t have put it together any better, and all of the people who went had a smashing time there. Their Mexico honeymoon is probably even more fun than the wedding was. I can’t wait until they return and I can see all the pictures she took, listen to all the stories of the fabulous places they saw and things they did. The pictures she showed me on the brochures were fantastic.
